About the role

You will support our customer base as well as potential new customers in the UK in assessing the feasibility, effort and costs of planned research projects. You will work closely with the Account Managers, Key Account Directors and our Project Managers to provide our customers with the best possible advice and quotes in the runup to projects. This requires not only professional knowledge, but also a high degree of empathy, customer centric thinking and a feeling for customer needs. The activity is mainly focused on back office work but travel to appointments at our customers' premises is also desired.


◉Processing incoming customer inquiries by telephone and email
◉Assessment and calculation of feasibility using internal and external resources
◉Working with vendors/panel partners to effectively communicate Kantar Profiles' needs and negotiate prices
◉Creation of precise and timely offers for the customer
◉Work closely with the account management team to ensure that the offer meets the client's requirements in terms of feasibility, timing and pricing
◉Follow-up with customers to ensure that offers meet customer expectations
◉Ensuring smooth administrative procedures in the sales process and during fieldwork to ensure customer satisfaction


◉You have sales experience in areas such as online media, market research or IT services
◉Good knowledge of desk-top / Internet research
