About the role

At the heart of Savanta is a talented Client Development team responsible for driving commercial growth through sophisticated new business development and first-class account management.

About the Role
This position sits within the Media & Agencies division, working with clients such as Market Research Agencies, Creative Agencies, Marketing Agencies, Media Agencies, Management Consultancies and Media Buyers amongst others.

This role requires strong sales experience, ideally in data collection/sample for market research projects. The role will also offer the opportunity to expand into different types of research utilised by Savanta.

The Account Manager will build strong client relationships, answer incoming briefs, run sample projects, develop and expand the existing portfolio, and solve client problems.

Always looking for opportunities to add value to the client portfolio by cross selling and upselling Savanta products and solutions.

This role offers the chance to work with a diverse and fun team, substantial career advancement opportunities, and the potential for significant growth by managing an established portfolio.

This role would suit an account management professional with a grounding in market research and an understanding of how it is used by our clients.

About You
Ideal candidates should be team players, solutions-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure. Knowledge of the data collection and research industry, including calculating IR and feasibility, is essential.

Able to directly engage, build and grow trusted relationships with existing clients.

The Account Manager role is integral to Savanta's client retention strategy, providing vast growth potential within the Media & Agencies team and the wider business, with many examples of career advancement within the company.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast moving, agile company with a large suite of products that are continually being developed and improved.

Experience of working with market research agencies, PR and media clients would also be greatly beneficial.

We are looking for people who have a ‘can-do’ attitude, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are confident in applying research and industry knowledge, as well as being responsible and accountable for revenue targets.
