DJS Research Ltd is a full service market research agency that carries out projects throughout the UK and overseas. We operate within consumer and business to business markets offering both qualitative and quantitative research services. We work for private sector clients, along with public sector and voluntary organisations.
We offer clients "More for Less" through competitive prices and Research Directors and Senior Researchers delivering projects from start to finish. The market research agency offers a range of services from identifying market research requirements, devising a suitable programme, through to project implementation and reporting findings.
The company is an employee-owned business which was set-up in 2001 and has grown every year since. Based in Strines, Cheshire, we now employ more than 70 permanent staff, along with a team of 200 telephone interviewers (all from the local area). We take our role in the community seriously, and consider ourselves an ethical company, with an understanding of our responsibility to our staff, the local community and to the wider business world.
About the role
DJS Research require a Field and Recruitment Junior Executive to manage market research projects within the company.
The role is a full time position. Hours of work will be 7 hours per day Monday – Friday.
The role is hybrid working but at least 2-3 days will be required in the office per week for this role, so candidates must be within commutable distance of SK6.
The core role will consist of helping to support the field team in all aspects of the project process, and managing field and recruitment projects.
The candidate will be given the opportunity to develop skills in market research, and field / recruitment issues in particular.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an agency which has a number of major clients in both the public and private sectors.
The Candidate
Ideally we would like 1-2 years Market Research experience in a field or recruitment role. However, this is desirable, not essential, as full “on the job” training will be given. More important are the following key qualities
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
Good attention to detail
Excellent organisational skill
Initiative and willingness to learn
Strong team player
Flexibility in relation to tasks undertake
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of Excel and Word (Microsoft Office)
