About the role
About Good Siders
Many Good Siders have had wiggley careers before they find us. They’ve moved around worlds
of media, research, marketing and creativity. They’ve learned to think holistically and laterally as a
result. They haven’t quite found their home in the conventional, commercial agency landscape -
often because they’re looking for an opportunity to do something more substantial, and create
work that has a real impact in the world.
Our team includes anthropologists, brand strategists, design thinkers, film makers and data
analysts. What brings them all together is a passion for understanding culture, social change,
human stories and bold ideas.
We are a making and doing business, so everyone is a hands-on practitioner. We all wear many
hats on every a project, so flexibility, mucking in, and a passion to collaborate are essential
characteristics of Good Siders. Our culture won’t suit people looking for a simple life, or those who
work best left to their own devices. We can’t offer the stature and structures of a big networked
agency; instead we offer a massive opportunity to grow as we do, to work with leading
organisations on the most interesting briefs, to make your mark on projects and approaches, to
learn from a range of complementary skill sets, and ultimately to change things for the better
