This is a great chance to join our expanding Public and Corporate team. Our clients include governments, public bodies, charities, media outlets, political parties, technology and regulated industries and we help them make strategic decisions through insights and analysis.
We are looking to recruit a Fixed-Term Contract from November 2024 to October 2025 to cover Maternity leave.
About the Role
This role play a hands-on role in the delivery of high-quality research projects, applying their knowledge, expertise and analytical skills to support clients in better decision-making.
Predominantly focused on online quantitative data collection and fieldwork, although knowledge of other methodologies is beneficial.
On larger projects they may act as the project lead or work with a project lead. On smaller projects they will lead the day-to-day on the project with limited oversight, and a remit to develop their role such that you become the ‘go to’ person for the client on the account
More specifically, your role will involve:
Taking full ownership of research projects, with responsibility for complete end-to-end delivery of high-quality primary data collection through:
A consultative approach with clients while setting up projects
Planning project resource working across internal teams to enhance a collaborative team environment
Script amendments, sample, and deliver data for your projects
Apply analytical skills to support clients in decision-making
Work across multiple projects simultaneously
Managing account relationships with a focus on providing excellent client service
Hands-on with proprietary technology, learning new skills alongside project management and time management.
About You
We want people who like working independently, love solving problems and like the challenge to deliver complex projects on time.
This would suit a technical person that likes to get their hands on technology and can adapt in an evolving environment.
We also want people who are ambitious, confident, will come into the office to learn and join in a social team.
You must have strong experience working in online quantitative market research.
