The Nursery Research and Planning is a market research company specialising in brand strategy and communications. We carry out qualitative and quantitative research, and data analytics, for prominent blue-chip brands across a huge range of sectors including FMCG, financial, automotive, leisure and healthcare.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Research Executive to join our close knit and friendly team, working across a large variety of brands and sectors. This person will ideally have spent c.2 years at a market research agency and will have an interest in brands and communications.
As a Senior Research Executive at The Nursery you will be working on a variety of both ad hoc and tracking projects from inception to completion. You will be a key team player who takes pride in their work. You will need to work flexibly to tight deadlines.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
•Contributing to proposals and debriefs
•Creating impactful, accurate charts for presentations
•Taking ownership of short / KPI reports
•Working collaboratively on all aspects of a project including costing, design, processing, managing suppliers and ensuring good quality control
•Actively coaching Research Executives
•Ensuring that all client communication is confident and articulate and presented in an intelligent, thoughtful manner
•Continuing to develop core research skills and having a good understanding of what each project requires
