About the role
Conclave's Senior VP is the company's public face. You being in this position are well aware of and
committed to the Conclave value proposition. You are innovative, vivacious, self-driven, analytical,
resourceful, and strategic. You will be primarily accountable for prospecting and acquiring new
clients & assist us in accelerating our revenue engine through your own abilities and leadership. We
are committed to exceeding our clients' expectations, and this must be represented in all we do.
Our customers are primarily market research organizations and agencies that require a high level of
customer service, including issue solving, proactive communication and effective management of
internal resources. The ideal applicant would have at least five years of outside B2B sales experience
in the online market research industry, a demonstrated track record of surpassing targets, and great
interpersonal skills. You would work for a young, rapidly developing company that specializes in

• Accelerating Conclave’s revenue through both existing and new prospects.
• Evolve and cultivate a strong conduit of business
• Work closely with board members on development and execution of sales goals and plans
• Collude with account management team on client needs and expectations
• Represent the company at several industry events and contributing to collateral/pitch
development and plans for future growth of company’s prospects
• Discuss and evaluate plans, achievements and reports with the board members.
