About the company
At Humankind Research we are lucky enough to work on some of the most interesting challenges of our times: from advising global brands on environmental and social issues, to helping charities understand their fundraising audience or engaging with marginalised communities on challenging topics, we are proud to say that all of our work has a tangible positive impact.
About the role
Job Spec: We want to do more of this great work, but to do so, we need a bigger team! We are on the lookout for someone with really strong hands-on qualitative research skills (6+ years agency side) and a passion for the kind of projects we do. Beyond this we are really excited to bring new thinking into the team - whether that is about your background, lived experience or specialist approaches, we want to hear from you.
Salary / Package: We are open to salary discussions and will depend on your experience but we offer competitive industry rates. Beyond this you get to work with a great dynamic team at an agency nominated as one of the best 100 places to work in Escape the City, and you get to enjoy lots of additional perks like a 4.5 day working week standard, a flexible people-first approach to all aspects of the business and an annual retreat to get away from it all (the photo below is us enjoying glamping with our own private lake last year!). And most importantly you get to use your skills in research to give everyone a voice and help make the world a better place!
Location: we are predominantly remote but have the option of 1 day a week team working in London and often face to face client meetings in town too, so realistically you need to be within easy reach of London. Whilst we would love to invite candidates from all over the world, unfortunately we are unable to sponsor a work visa so applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK.
