Role Overview:
Job Title: New Business Manager (Think Stylist)
Department/Team: Think Stylist/Marketing
Location and Ways of Working: London (Hybrid)
Reports to: Head of Agency
Direct Reports: Individual Contributor
Overall Objective:
Reporting directly to the Think Stylist Head of Agency, the New Business Manager will drive awareness and consideration of Think Stylist and its range of insight services and products to deliver new business and deepen relationships and engagement with our client roster.
Responsible for raising the agency’s profile, your role will focus on developing a pipeline of prospective clients through demand and lead generation, working alongside the Head of Agency and Head of Brand to nurture and grow client relationships. As part of a new team with an exciting agency offering, this role will be pivotal in helping drive the business’ ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, drive and grow the new business pipeline across the agency’s key sectors
Develop and manage pipeline tracking and reporting systems
Develop and deliver marketing and sales campaigns that allow you to establish new business relationships with potential clients
New Business
Create and grow a database of prospective leads/clients and develop relationships with buyers and decision-makers
Collaborate with and support the Head of Agency with RFI decks, new business meetings and presentations
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the commercial team and to guide new business development
Liaise with the wider Stylist advertising team for lead generation
Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities
Marketing
Responsible for guest list sourcing and management for Think Stylist webinars and events
Develop and manage the creation of credentials documents and suitable case studies
Support marketing team on management of marketing channels with a focus on website, social, CRM and PR
Own the external events calendar, leading the research of and submissions to awards and conferences
Represent the agency at key external events
Experience Required:
Previous business development and marketing focused experience gained within an agency environment is essential
Proficient in using HubSpot and sales management CRMs
KPI & results focused and able to establish and work to targets
Strong networking and business acquisition skills
Experience within Market Research industry highly desirable

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 35 hours per week from our London Office. We offer a blend of home and office working. Experience Required:
