Opinium - Project Manager
Role & responsibilities:
Your role is vital to the smooth running of our processes and projects. You will be required to undertake the following core functions:
> Join key account teams to take responsibility for the end-to-end management of UK and international research projects, from developing the proposal through to project closure
> Work with a dedicated team to manage and oversee Opinium's flagship bi-weekly Consumer Omnibus, ensuring a seamless process and delivering consistently for clients and colleagues
> Take responsibility for quality assurance and best practice at every stage of a project
> Assess project feasibility, provide costs, and create project plans for new business proposals and live projects
> Occasionally support our Procurement team on ad-hoc requests (no prior experience is required within procurement as full training will be provided)
> Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements during the project lifecycle
> Responsible for maximising and communicating financial performance across projects, ensuring costs are minimised where possible
> Conduct project reviews, identifying improvements and lessons that could be applied to future projects
> Coordinate closely and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients to ensure everyone is regularly updated on their responsibilities, deadlines, and the project status
> Grow and manage relationships across Opinium’s panel & supplier partner network
> Work on wider Operational and Project Management initiatives to benefit the entire agency, and run training on these initiatives when required
> Demonstrate a genuine interest in the latest developments within the market research industry, research technology tools/platforms and key players

Opinium - Junior Research Executive x2
This is an exciting and challenging role with great scope for development. You will be actively involved in managing research projects from start to finish, including direct liaison with clients. You will spend your first twelve months working between our two core research Practice Areas. Six months with our Thought Leadership team and six months with our Brand, Communications, Product and Stakeholder teams. After which you will be allocated to a Practice Area.
Experience:
We are looking for someone who has interned at, or is currently working at, a research and insights agency and with 3-6+ months experience.

Overall Objective:
Reporting directly to the Think Stylist Head of Agency, the New Business Manager will drive awareness and consideration of Think Stylist and its range of insight services and products to deliver new business and deepen relationships and engagement with our client roster.
Responsible for raising the agency’s profile, your role will focus on developing a pipeline of prospective clients through demand and lead generation, working alongside the Head of Agency and Head of Brand to nurture and grow client relationships. As part of a new team with an exciting agency offering, this role will be pivotal in helping drive the business’ ambitious growth plans.
