About you and the role:

As a Research Assistant you'll work collaboratively as part of multiple project teams to deliver actionable insights to our clients.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:

Project Delivery

Provide support to consultancy and insight projects that help our clients reach their goals, profitably delivering high-quality, actionable insights.

· Help to develop of qualitative and quantitative research tools to meet client objectives.

· Support the facilitation of qualitative research methods as needed. Run checks as needed on data quality.

· Participate in the MHM insight process to develop relevant actionable insights for our clients. Proof and data proof reports to ensure quality and accuracy.

· Provide support to teams as needed to ensure delivery on time and budget.

· Deliver tasks as efficiently as possible.

Support business-winning

· Join scoping meetings to understand how projects are designed.

· Contribute to proposals as needed

Contribute to MHM

· Make a positive impact on MHM culture and team engagement by living MHM behaviours.

· Contribute to the delivery of, company aims and objectives as needed.

You'll be the right person for this job if:

· You're passionate about solving problems, no matter if they're big or small; and have a strong mindset of getting things done

· You have great communication skills (verbal and written), and are able to explain and present complex issues in an accessible way to various audiences

· You have great attention to detail and are able to work to tight deadlines.

· You are great at managing expectations, ensuring delivery of the highest quality service, and soliciting and acting on client feedback

· You are able to analyse qualitative and quantitative data, identifying the salient issues and have experience of conducting primary qualitative research using a range of methods
